BESAFE IZI PLUS – TEST WINNER!
The innovative BeSafe iZi PLUS has just been awarded ‘Best in its class’ by the respected motoring magazine “Auto motor und sport”, Europe’s biggest car magazine.
Auto Motor und Sport has been carrying out extreme crash tests since 1992. This test involves a collision energy that is greater than in other tests so really challenges the child safety seats.
Rear facing is the safest
The test, conducted in collaboration with the independent test institute TÜV Süd, emphasizes the benefit of rearfacing for longer and picked up on the excellent leg room offered by the iZi Plus allowing children to remain rearfacing up to 25 kg.
The conclusion of the test was clear: iZi Plus is Test Winner. Giving a rating of: Recommended!

BeSafe products are exhaustively crash tested
We are delighted to be able to say that BeSafe products consistently achieve great test results, however, we would like to stress that since there will always be natural limitations in this kind of consumer testing, product development at BeSafe will always aim to maximizing safety in “real life situations” as opposed to optimizing products to fit the specific & unique conditions and limited requirements of a “laboratory test”.
For instance, in order to protect the child in the best possible way in a real life situation, BeSafe products are exhaustively crash tested and strengthened to sustain impact from various angels (including impact from behind). At many test institutes products are only tested from two angles; straight frontal impact and a 90 degree side impact.
