What do you like about your seat?The seat is rock solid in the car and passed the adac and Swedish plus with flying colours. I love the magnets on the straps which make it easy to het my daughter in and out. Overall v v happy

What do you dislike about your seat?

3 areas I feel need attention.

1. The SIP falls off easily
2. The cord to tighten the straps is difficult to use
3. My daughter is regularly travel sick. There is very little protection for the straps and buckle. They are very difficult to clean.

What is your favourite function of the seat?

The deep recline has meant absolutely no head flop. We originally bought an axkid rekid añd changed to besafe izi kid x2 for its recline. My daughter is far more comfortable.

Is there anything else you’d like us to know?

It would be fantastic to be able to purchase spare covers in different colours. I recently bought a new cover but the Irish supplier could only get me black

What do you like about your seat?I love the fact it’s one of the safest seats, exclusively rearfacing (so can’t be tempted to change), great recline and my little one always looks comfy.

Nothing. Maybe the cost but I know we pay for quality.

What do you like about your seat?I had looked at a lot of carseat before selecting this one. It offered the best safety rating and the best leg room compared to other rear facing seats. This was essential as I wanted my daughter to be rear facing for as long as possible. Whenever I talk about her carseat everyone always says what does she do with her feet. They are also surprised when I show them. My daughter is currently 3 and she’s still very comfortable in her seat.

What do you dislike about your seat?

This is not an issue for me as my front seat is rarely used but some may have issue with leg room if they have a front passenger. I have a big car (Hyundai Tucson).

What is your favourite function of the seat?

This is a tricky question as I love this seat. The safety factor is paramount and I just couldn’t put a price on that. The seat is so well made and covers can be removed easily for cleaning. The number of ways this seat adjusts is excellent,  head rest, lay back feature, magnetic strap holders. It’s all been thought out and is extremely user friendly.

Is there anything else you’d like us to know?

We were involved in an accident a year ago and I am so glad my daughter was inyour seat. The outcome would have been horrible on her little neck if she was in a forward facing seat. Therefore I will without a doubt be getting my daughter a be safe seat for her next car seat. I will also continue to recommend this brand to my family and friends. Keep up the excellent work keeping children safe! Thank you.

What do you like about your seat?I chose this seat based primarily on how well it performs in safety tests. I knew I wanted a rear facing seat and my daughter is very happy in this one. It’s nice and high up so she can see out of the windows, and is much happier than she was in her old 0+ group seat.

It was easy to install and feels very sturdy. Adjusting the headrest (and therefore the height of the straps) is straightforward and quick.

The straps are easy to tighten and loosen, and aren’t too bulky. We use a different brand seat in my mum’s car and the BeSafe straps are so much better and easier to use.

A minor detail but I absolutely love the magnetic strips which hold the straps out of the way when the seat is not in use – this makes it a little less stressful getting a toddler into the seat. Why has no-one else thought of this?

It’s also useful that it can be tilted into different reclines when installed.

What do you dislike about your seat?

Probably more an issue with my particular car (an old Honda civic) having quite sloped seats but it’s quite upright, even in the most reclined position, so not ideal for naps. My daughter falls asleep very easily in it, so must be comfortable, but her head can tend to nod forward at times.

What do you like about your seat?After a lot of research I decided that this carseat was the safest for my daughter.

Very pleased with the fit in my car (a relatively small hyundai i20). The seat looks and feels safe and comfortable.

The magnets to hold the straps to the side are genius and very handy.

What do you dislike about your seat?

The only problem I had is my daughter was sick in the seat and unfortunately the sick went down into holes where the fixings are. It was a nightmare to clean! But luckily it’s only happened once and wouldn’t stop me recommending the seat.

What is your favourite function of the seat?

The ease of changing the strap/headrest height.
